摘 要:矫直作为改善板形缺陷,消除板材残余应力的一种精整技术,直接决定了板材的产品质量。文章对S304、S201、Q345、Q960四种材料进行了不同道次的矫直试验,研究了矫直次数与压下量对材料组织和性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着矫直压下量的增加,矫直后板材的抗拉强度与屈服强度均增大,板材矫直后沿矫直方向的抗拉强度要大于沿板宽方向的抗拉强度;在三种道次的矫直工艺下,随着压下量的增大,板材中金属晶体的晶粒沿矫直方向被拉长,亚结构细化,晶粒分布更加均匀,有效提高材料的强度和硬度;材料的硬度逐渐增大,材料在中性层的硬度要小于在上下层的硬度。As a finishing technology to improve the shape defects and eliminate the residual stress of sheet,straightening directly determines the quality of sheet products.In this paper,the straightening tests of S304 and S201 carbon steel Q345 and Q960 with different passes were carried out,and the effects of straightening times and reduction on the microstructure and properties of the materials were studied.The results show that:with the increase of straightening reduction,the tensile strength and yield strength of the straightened sheet increase,and the tensile strength along the straightening direction is greater than that along the width direction;after straightening,the grain of the material becomes smaller and longer,the hardness of the material increases gradually,and the hardness of the material in the neutral layer is less than that in the upper and lower layers.
