维生素B12联合西地碘含片治疗维生素B12缺乏型萎缩性舌炎的效果

摘　　要：目的观察维生素B12联合西地碘含片治疗维生素B12缺乏型萎缩性舌炎(AG)的临床疗效。方法选取2019年7月至2021年9月就诊于南昌大学附属口腔医院黏膜科并诊断为维生素B12缺乏型AG患者40例。按随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例。对照组予补充维生素B12替代治疗;治疗组在此基础上,三餐后加用西地碘含片含服。比较2组临床疗效以及疼痛改善程度。结果用药4周时,治疗组VAS评分低于对照组[(0.80±0.77)分比(1.90±1.20)分,P<0.05];治疗组治愈率高于对照组(95%比60%,P<0.05)。结论维生素B12联合西地碘含片治疗维生素B12缺乏型AG可提高治愈率和缓解患者舌痛症状,未见明显不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical effect of vitamin B12 combined with cydiodine buccal tablets on atrophic glossitis(AG)from vitamin B12 deficiency.Methods From July 2019 to September 2021,40 patients diagnosed with AG from vitamin B12 deficiency in the Department of Oral Mucosa of the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Nanchang University were randomly treated with vitamin B12 alone(control group,n=20)or in combination with cydiodine buccal tablets after each meal(treatment group,n=20).The clinical efficacy and pain improvement were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group((0.80±0.77)vs(1.90±1.20),P<0.05),and the cure rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(95%vs 60%,P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin B12 combined with cydiodine buccal tablets for AG from vitamin B12 deficiency can improve the cure rate and relieve the symptoms of tongue pain without obvious adverse reactions.
