摘　　要：铁死亡是一种不同于凋亡、坏死、焦亡的程序性细胞死亡方式,以铁代谢异常及脂质过氧化物的积累为主要特征。相关研究表明,铁死亡参与许多疾病的发生发展过程,如肿瘤、神经退行性病变、脑卒中等。近年来铁死亡成为脑缺血性卒中的研究热点,靶向铁死亡对缺血性脑卒中具有保护作用,但具体的作用机制目前尚未阐明,本文就铁死亡相关机制、铁死亡调节剂和铁死亡及其天然药物靶向铁死亡对缺血性脑卒中的作用方面的研究做一综述,旨在为进一步的基研究和临床治疗缺血性脑卒中提供参考。Ferroptosis is a type of programmed cell death,which is distinct from apoptosis,necrosis and pyroptosis.It’s characterized by abnormality of iron metabolism and accumulation of lipid peroxides.The merging studies indicate ferroptosis is involved in pathophysiological process of many diseases,including cancer,neurodegeneration and stroke.In recent years,ferroptosis attracts intensive attention in ischemic Stroke.Targeted ferroptosis has protective roles in ischemic damaged brain,but the specific mechanism has not yet been clarified.This article reviews the mechanism,regulators of ferroptosis,the role of ferroptosis and targeting ferroptosis by natural medicine in ischemic stroke,hoping to provide theoretical stratey for further research and clinical application.
