摘　　要：蛋白O-岩藻糖基转移酶1(protein O-fucosyltransferase 1,POFUT1)是O-岩藻糖基转移酶家族蛋白中的一员。POFUT1介导的岩藻糖基化修饰在消化系统肿瘤的发生发展中起着至关重要的作用,是消化系统肿瘤的研究热点。本文主要对POFUT1在消化系统肿瘤中的表达特征、作用及分子机制进行综述,旨在为消化系统肿瘤治疗提供新的思路。Protein O-fucosyltransferase 1(POFUT1)is a member of the O-fucosyltransferase family,and POFUT1-mediated modification of fucosylation plays a crucial role in the development of digestive tumors,which is a hot area in digestive tumors research.This paper reviews the expression characteristics,roles,and molecular mechanisms of POFUT1 in digestive tumors aiming to provide new ideas for the treatment of digestive tumors.
