摘  要:在中国大力推动“双碳”目标实现的背景下,竹材因具有绿色、低碳、环保等特性,无疑是值得深度开发和利用的材料。食品接触用竹制品关系到人们的健康,相关的法规、标准和管理规范正在逐步完善。文章以降低食品接触用竹制品质量安全风险为目的,通过解读国内外食品接触用竹制品相关标准及文献、调研行业以及生产企业发展现状、分析中国市场监管情况,从感官指标、理化指标、微生物指标和标签规范4个方面对食品接触用竹制品的潜在风险进行了分析,并从政府、企业、消费者3个角度提出了食品接触用竹制品健康安全发展的建议。Against the backdrop that China has vigorously promote the fulfillment of the“dual carbon”goals,bamboo is undoubtedly a material worthy of deep development and utilization due to its green,low-carbon,and environmental properties.Bamboo products for food contact are of great concern to people s health,and the relevant regulations,standards,and management norms have gradually been improved.Aiming to reduce the risk of bamboo products for food contact in quality and safety,the paper analyzes the potential risks of bamboo products for food contact in terms of sensory indicators,physicochemical indicators,microbial indicators,and labeling standards by elaborating the relevant standards and literature of bamboo products for food contact at home and abroad,investigating the development state of bamboo products industry and production enterprises and analyzing the Chinese market supervision.The suggestions for the healthy and safe development of bamboo products for food contact are proposed from the three perspectives of government,enterprises,and consumers.
