摘  要:针对当前有机化学实验教材中创新性实验存在的学时安排长、可操作性不强的不足,讨论了新形势下有机化学创新实验的设计要求,并在此基础上设计了一个适合化学相关专业开展的创新性实验-固态研磨法合成2-溴-1,3,5-三甲氧基苯。实验具有学时合适、可操作性强、实验原料廉价易得、实验过程绿色环保等特点。在化学师范专业开展以来取得了较好的效果,既开拓了学生的科学视野,也提升了学生的综合创新能力,可在化学相关专业推广。In view of the shortcomings of the long class hour arrangement and weak operability of the innovative experiment of organic chemistry in the current teaching materials,the design requirements of the innovative experiment of organic chemistry under the current situation are discussed.Based on this the solid-state synthesis of 2-bromo-1,3,5-trimethoxybenzene under grinding conditions has been developed,which is an innovative experiment suitable for chemistry-related majors.The experimental project exhibits the advantages of appropriate class hours,strong operability,cheap and easy access to experimental materials,environmentally friendly in the experimental process,etc.This project has achieved good results in the development of chemistry major,which not only expands students’scientific vision but also improves the comprehensive innovation ability of the student.
