摘 要:石油化工企业汽车衡称重系统采用人工过磅不但有计量精准度不足的劣势,而且作业效率低下、人力成本高,无法满足日益增加的进出厂业务,且与世界一流的国际化石油化工企业的形象不匹配。为实现高智能自动化的计量称重模式,消除人为因素造成的计量误差和计量损失,达到计量精准化的目标,需要对现有地磅系统进行升级改造:采用无人值守过磅系统来取代原有的人工过磅模式。文章对本企业汽车衡无人值守系统的软硬件功能进行了简单的介绍,并依据试运行期间的运行情况,提出了具体的应对措施和解决办法,最终达到提高过衡效率的目的。The use of manual weighing in the truck scale weighing system in petrochemical enterprises not only has the disadvantage ofinsufficient measurement accuracy,but also has low operational efficiency and high labor costs,which cannot meet the increasing import and export business,and does not match the image of a world-class international petrochemical enterprise.In order to achieve a highly intelligent and automated weighing mode,eliminate measurement errors and losses caused by human factors,and achieve the goal of accurate measurement,it is necessary to upgrade the existing weighbridge system:replace the original manual weighing mode with an unattended weighing system.This article gives a briefintroduction to the software and hardware functions of the unattended system of the enterprise’s truck scale,and proposes specific countermeasures and solutions based on the operation during the trial run,ultimately achieving the goal ofimproving the efficiency of the scale.
