“三全育人”视域下高职院校体育社团育人作用和实施路径

摘　　要：高职院校体育社团是开展体育思政教育工作的重要阵地,将“三全育人”理念作为体育社团发展体育思政教育的突破口,对推动立德树人根本任务的完成具有重大现实意义。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法等方法,探究高职院校体育社团育人现状。研究发现:高职院校体育社团承担着思政教育的排头兵、专业拓展的先行者、文化育人的衔接者等角色,但在实践过程中同样也存在着社团活动资源配备落后、学生参与动机多以娱乐为主、体育教师指导力度不够、社团管理职能缺位等现象,据此提出从协调资源、精准育人、体教融合,管理制度等实践路径提升体育社团的育人功效,促进高职院校学生在身体素质方面、思想道德层面同步发展,推动立德树人根本任务的完成。The concept of"three-wide education"is a breakthrough in the development of sports education in sports associations,which is of great practical significance to promote the completion of the fundamental task of educating people with moral values.The current situation of sports associations in higher education institutions was investigated by using the methods of literature,expert interview and logical analysis.The study found that sports associations in higher vocational institutions assume the roles of front-runner of ideological and political education,forerunner of professional development and bridging cultural education,but in the process of practice,there are also phenomena such as backward resources for club activities,students'participation motivation is mainly entertainment,insufficient guidance of physical education teachers and lack of club management functions.Accordingly,it is proposed that the coordination of resources,precise education,integration of physical education and management system should be used to improve the nurturing of sports clubs.In this regard,it proposes to improve the nurturing effect of sports clubs by coordinating resources,precise nurturing,integration of physical education,management system and other practical ways,so as to promote the simultaneous development of students'physical quality and morality in higher vocational colleges and promote the accomplishment of the fundamental task of establishing moral education.
