针刺联合川平法对脑卒中后上肢功能障碍的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺联合川平法对脑卒中后上肢功能的疗效。方法选择2022年1月至12月于齐齐哈尔医学院附属第二医院康复科及神经科住院的90例脑卒中后上肢功能出现障碍的患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。选取的患者均给予常规的康复训练及针灸治疗。在此基础上,观察组采用川平法对偏瘫患者进行上肢康复训练。在治疗前与治疗4周后,分别比较两组患者改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分、简化Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗4周后,观察组的MBI评分高于对照组,观察组的FMA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4周后,观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合川平法能有效地促进中风后上肢运动功能的恢复,可能与诱发肌肉收缩、强化肌肉力量等方面有关。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with Chuanping method on upper limb function after stroke.Methods From January to December 2022,90 patients with upper limb dysfunction after stroke who were hospitalized in the Rehabilitation Department and Neurology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.The selected patients were given routine rehabilitation training and acupuncture treatment.On this basis,the observation group used Chuanping method to conduct upper limb rehabilitation training for hemiplegic patients.Before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of modified Barthel index(MBI),simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA)and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the MBI score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the FMA score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Chuanping can effectively promote the recovery of upper limb motor function after stroke,which may be related to inducing muscle contraction and strengthening muscle strength.
