摘  要:采用电辅助-厌氧氨氧化系统对污水中的氨氮和亚硝酸氮等污染物进行降解.外加电压选取0.2V、0.3V和0.4 V,研究发现最适宜厌氧氨氧化菌的外加电压为0.3 V,在2 h时氨氮去除率达到24.08%,亚硝酸氮去除率达到31.92%,反应器中氨氮去除率较0.2 V和0.4 V分别高15.17%和10.08%,亚硝酸氮去除率较0.2 V和0.4 V分别高19.17%和15.63%,但通电2 h后反应器去除速率下降很多.故本试验采用间歇电刺激,选用3种方式,分别为30 min加电+30 min不加电压(α)、1 h加电+1 h不加电压(β)和2 h加电+2 h不加电压(γ).研究表明第β种间歇通电模式最适宜厌氧氨氧化菌,其同时段氨氮去除率较α与γ分贝高8.32%和8.76%,比不加电压高16.31%.间歇电刺激提高了厌氧氨氧化污泥降解氨氮的速率,污泥的粒径变大,ORP电位也更适合厌氧氨氧化的反应环境.Electrochemical Anammox system was used to help Anammox sludge to degrade NH4+-N and NO_(2)^(-)-N in this study.The voltages of 0.2 V,0.3 V and 0.4 V was chosen.The study found that the most suitable applied voltage of anaerobic ammonia oxidation bacteria was 0.3 V,at 2 h,The removal rate of ammonia nitrogen reached 24.08%,the removal rate of nitrogen nitrite reached 31.92%,and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen in the reactor was 15.17%and 10.08%higher than 0.2 V and 0.4 V respectively,the nitrogen nitrite nitrogen removal rate was 19.17%and 15.63%higher than 0.2 V and 0.4 V respectively,but the reactor removal rate decreased much after 2 h..therefore,intermittent electrical stimulation was used in this experiment,and three methods were selected,namely,apllied voltage 30 min and without voltage 30 min(α),apllied voltage 1h and without voltage 1h(β)and apllied voltage 2 h and without voltage 2 h(γ).the results show thatβintermittent voltage mode is the most suitable for Anammox bacteria,and its simultaneous ammonia removal rate is 8.32%and 8.76%higher thanαandγrespectiuely and 16.31%higher than that without voltage.Intermittent electrical stimulation can improve the rate of ammonia nitrogen degradation of Anammox sludge,increase the sludge particle size,and make ORP potential more suitable for Anammox reaction environment.
