家政专业开放教育助力乡村振兴的策略研究

摘　　要：家政服务作为乡村振兴的重要抓手受到广泛关注,家政服务助力乡村振兴体现在三个方面:助力农村家庭剩余劳动力转移;助力乡村女性经济独立;助力乡村贫困家庭脱贫致富。家政专业开放教育助力乡村振兴的潜在项目包括利用开放教育提升家政服务人员文化素质、提升家政服务人员专业技能和助力家政服务人员持续发展。针对三大项目可以开展教育行动、合作行动和保障行动,通过开展具体有效行动促进家政服务行业健康规范发展,从而巩固脱贫攻坚成果,实现乡村振兴。As an important means of rural revitalization,domestic service has gained widespread attention.Its contribution to rural revitalization has been demonstrated in three aspects:facilitating the transfer of surplus labour in rural household,promoting rural women's economic independence,and aiding impoverished rural families in alleviating poverty and achieving prosperity.The potential projects of domestic service specialty in open education,designated to support rural revitalization,involve the utilization of open education to improve the cultural literacy of domestic service personnel,to improve their professional skills,and to foster their sustainable development.To support these three projects,educational actions,cooperative actions and guarantee measures can be implemented.Through specific and effective actions,the healthy and standardized development of domestic service industry can be promoted,which would further consolidate the achievements made in poverty alleviation and ultimately achieve rural revitalization.
