摘 要:近年来对熔体静电纺丝实验装置的研究较多,但对于利用熔体静电纺丝工艺制备功能纤维的研究还需补充。为进一步完善利用熔体静电纺丝方法制备功能纤维的工艺,本工作以熔喷聚丙烯树脂作为原料,探究了熔体静电纺丝工艺中纺丝温度、纺丝电压、收集距离以及收集方式对聚丙烯纤维直径及其分布状态的影响,随后通过自由基熔融接枝改性制备聚丙烯接枝1-烯丙基乙内酰脲(PP-g-AHD),并将PP-g-AHD通过熔体静电纺丝工艺制成纤维。经红外分析仪、有机元素分析仪及扫描电子显微镜对聚丙烯纤维及PP-g-AHD纤维进行测试。结果表明:AHD成功接枝到聚丙烯分子链上,但接枝率较低,最高为3.37%;熔体静电纺丝制备的聚丙烯纤维直径在2~11μm,PP-g-AHD纤维最小平均直径为8.43μm,纤维间呈交错结构且分布均匀;PP-g-AHD纤维经氯化处理后,活性氯含量超200×10^(-6),且再次氯化后活性氯含量减少幅度较小;氯化PP-g-AHD纤维在与大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌接触30 min后,抗菌率均超过99%。In recent years,a lot of research has been done on the experimental apparatus of melt electrospinning,but the research on the preparation of functional fibers by melt electrospinning process still needs to be supplemented.In order to further improve the process of preparing functional fiber by melt electrospinning method,this paper uses melt blown polypropylene resin as raw material to explore the effects of spinning temperature,spinning voltage,collection distance and collection method on the diameter and distribution of polypropylene fiber in melt electrospinning process.Subsequently,polypropylene grafted with 1-allylhydantoin(PP-g-AHD)was prepared by free radical fusion grafting,and the modified polypropylene was prepared into fiber by melt electrospinning process.The polypropylene fiber and PP-g-AHD fiber were tested by infrared analyzer,organic element analyzer and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that AHD was successfully grafted onto the polypropylene molecular chain,but the grafting rate was low,the highest was 3.37%.The diameter of polypropylene fibers prepared by melt electrospinning ranged from 2μm to 11μm,and the minimum average diameter of PP-g-AHD fibers was 8.43μm.The fibers showed staggered structure and uniform distribution.After chlorination,the content of active chlorine was more than 200 ppm,and after 30 minutes of contact with Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,the antibacterial rate of chlorinated PP-g-AHD fiber was more than 99%.
