摘  要:大球盖菇近年来在我国各地广泛引种栽培,面积和产量快速增加,且有巨大发展空间。目前对大球盖菇产量的影响因素和各地栽培季节的选择依据缺乏系统报道,并存在大球盖菇与其他食用菌商品名混乱等问题。因此对大球盖菇产量的影响因素、各地播种时间等方面的研究进展进行了总结,并对各种商品名为“松茸”的食用菌进行了区分。结论如下,大球盖菇产量的影响因素主要有栽培料的配方、处理方式、用量,播种时间,栽培料在菌丝和子实体生长过程中的温度和含水量等。各地大球盖菇的栽培季节可根据当地栽培场所的气温确定。“红松茸”是大球盖菇合适的商品名。The cultivation area and yield of Stropharia rugosoannulata increase quickly in recent years in China and still has huge space for development.Nowadays there is a lack of systematic reports on the influencing factors of yield and the selection basis of cultivation season in different regions,the chaotic commodity names among S.rugosoannulata and other edible fungi still exist.The research progress of yield-influencing factors and sowing time in different regions of Stropharia rugosoannulata are reviewed,and the different edible fungi named‘Songrong’were differentiated.The conclusions are as follows,the main yield-influencing factors are cultivated materials formula,treatment,amount;sowing time;temperature and water content of cultivated materials during the mycelial growth and fruit bodies.The cultivation season in different regions are decided by lacal cultivation site air temperture.‘Red songrong’is a suitable commodity name for S.rugosoannulata.
