摘　　要：为筛选出适合宕昌县黑木耳液体菌种的最佳培养基配方,采用单因素试验,设置6个不同配方,对比不同配方中菌丝萌发时间、菌球直径、菌球密度、菌球生物量,以及接种至菌棒后的菌丝生长速度、满棒时间、产量和转化率的差异。结果显示,P3培养基中液体菌种菌丝萌发期(1.33 d)最短,菌球直径(4.05 mm)、密度(25.67个/mL)、生物量(4.60 g·L^(-1))均最大;接种至菌棒后,菌丝生长速度快(0.4 cm·d^(-1))、满袋期短(40.67 d)、产量高(85.93 g/棒)、转化率高(12.28%),经方差分析得出,不同配方组间差异显著(P<0.05)。综上,通过单因素试验筛选出适合当地黑木耳主栽品种的最佳配方为马铃薯200 g·L^(-1)、葡萄糖30 g·L^(-1)、蛋白胨3 g·L^(-1)、麸皮30 g·L^(-1)。In order to screen out the best formula suitable for the liquid strain of Auricularia heimuer in Tanchang County,six different formulas were set up by single factor test.The differences of mycelial germination period,mycelium pellet diameter,mycelium pellet density,mycelium pellet biomass in different formulas were compared,as well as the mycelial growth rate,full bed-logtime,yield and biological efficiency after inoculation with artificial bed-log.The results showed that the mycelial germination period of liquid spawn cultured in P3 was the shortest(1.33 d),the diameter of mycelium pellet was the largest(4.05 mm),the density of mycelium pellet was the largest(25.67 per mL),and the biomass of mycelium pellet was the largest(4.60 g·L^(-1));inoculated into the bed-log,mycelial growth rate was fast(0.4 cm·d^(-1)),the full bag period was short(40.67 d),the yield was high(85.93 g per bed-log),and the converted efficiency was high(12.28%),respectively.Analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences between different formula groups(P<0.05).In summary,the best formula for the local main cultivar Auricularia heimuer was potato 200 g·L^(-1),glucose 30 g·L^(-1),peptone 3 g·L^(-1),wheat bran 30 g·L^(-1)by single factor screening test.
