摘 要:目的了解ICU护士参与文献阅读分享活动的体验与感受,为制定护理科研培训方案提供依据。方法使用目的抽样法选取参与文献阅读分享活动的ICU护士进行半结构式访谈,并采用Colaizzi 7步分析法分析、归纳及提炼主题。结果共有10名ICU护士参与访谈,归纳出3个主题:文献阅读分享活动对ICU护士具有积极意义(指导护理实践、启发科研思路、重新思考职业定位、满足护士自身职业发展需求)、ICU护士进行文献阅读分享过程中存在一定的困难(缺乏科研知识、文献讲解者自信心不足、生活和工作时间难以平衡)、建议文献阅读分享活动在主题设置和分享形式上进行改进(按时间段集中安排文献分享主题、提前预习文献分享内容、录制文献分享活动视频提高学习效果)。结论ICU护士对文献阅读分享活动持肯定态度,但存在科研知识缺乏、自信心不足等阻碍,建议护理管理者针对阻碍因素积极探索文献阅读分享的新模式。Objective To explore the experience and feelings of ICU nurses who participated in the literature reading and sharing activities,so as to provide evidences for nursing research training programs.Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted among ICU nurses who participated in literature reading and sharing activities.Colaizzi 7-step analysis method was used to analyze,summarize and extract themes.Results Totally 10 ICU nurses were interviewed and three themes were concluded:the literature sharing activity was of positive significance to ICU nurses(guidance for practice,stimulation in scientific research,rethinking of career orientation and meeting the career development needs),obstacles in such activity(lack of knowledge about research,lack of self-confidence of the sharer and conflicts in time for work and family),literature sharing activities needed to be improved in the setting of topics and the format of sharing(arranging the literature sharing theme according to the time period,previewing the literature sharing content in advance,and providing the video of literature sharing to improve the learning effect).Conclusion ICU nurses hold positive attitude towards literature reading and sharing activities,but lack of scientific research knowledge and self-confidence.It is suggested that nursing managers should explore new modes of literature reading and sharing against obstacles.
