水分亏缺下不同基因型马铃薯幼苗光合同化功能比较研究

摘  要:为探讨水分亏缺对不同基因型马铃薯幼苗生长状态和光合特性的影响,采用抗旱棚盆栽方式,在土壤含水量达到田间最大持水量25%~30%时,测定了10个吉林省主栽马铃薯品种幼苗的株高、茎粗等6个表型性状和光合特性、叶绿素荧光参数指标.通过各项指标的变幅、胁迫系数和变异系数比较研究了各品种幼苗对水分亏缺的敏感程度.结果表明:形态指标除叶长/叶宽以外其余均降低,且株高、茎粗和功能叶间距降幅>30%,变异系数>20%;净光合速率、胞间CO_(2)浓度、蒸腾速率、PSII原始光能转换效率、光合量子产额和光合电子传递速率降幅>30%,变异系数>30%;不同马铃薯品种幼苗对于水分亏缺的敏感程度存在一定差异性:春薯10号>费乌瑞它>夏波蒂>东农310>大西洋>吉薯1号>春薯4号>春薯3号>延薯4号>春薯5号.In order to investigate the effect of water stress on the growth state and photosynthetic characteristics of different genotypes of potato at seedling stage,the method of potted cultivation in drought-resistant shed was adopted.The 6 phenotypic traits,photosynthetic characteristics,and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of the main plant varieties in Jilin Province were used as the indicators to measure the water deficit by the variation,stress coefficient and variation coefficient of each index.The results showed that the morphological indexes all decreased except leaf length/leaf width,and the plant height,stem diameter and functional leaf spacing decreased by>30%,and the coefficient of variation was>20%;net photosynthetic rate intercellular CO_(2) concentration,transpiration rate,F v/F m,Yield,and ETR decreased by>30%,and the coefficient of variation was>30%;different potato varieties have certain differences in water stress,and the order of water deficit sensitivity:Chunshu 5<Yanshu No.4<Chunshu No.3<Chunshu No.4<Jishu No.1<Atlantic<Dongnong 310<Shepody<Faureta<Chunshu No.10.
