摘　　要：语言文化是人类的精神家园。通用语言文字是国家统一、民族团结的象征。国家通用语言文字是中华民族共同体的典型文化符号和身份象征,它记录和传承着灿烂悠久的中华文明,是中华民族共有精神家园的核心要素。推广和普及国家通用语言文字是构筑中华民族共有精神家园的基础工程和基本保障。Language and culture are the spiritual home of mankind.The standard spoken and written language is the symbol of national unity and ethnic unity.The standard spoken and written Chinese language is a typical cultural symbol and identity representation of the community of Chinese nation.It records and inherits the splendid and timehonored Chinese civilization,and is the core element of the common spiritual homeland of the Chinese nation.The promotion and popularization of standard spoken and written Chinese language is the basic project and fundamental guarantee for the construction of the common spiritual homeland of the Chinese nation.
