摘　　要：代表作评价制度是近年来我国教育评价改革的重要举措之一,也是各级科研单位教学评价改革的有益探索。探索代表作评价制度在我国的发展现状,及时发现当前探索过程中现存的主要问题,并从综合的视角探索代表作评价制度对科研群体的科研能力和科研价值进行科学评估,可及时肯定并评价对应的科研价值,激励科研群体深耕细作,提升科研成效和社会效益。文章运用文献检索、专家访谈、问卷调查等方法,针对教师群体,探究代表作评价制度对教师科研能力提升的价值,并根据教育实践现实,探究实施途径,激发教师科研热情,创设公信社会氛围。The evaluation system of representative works is one of the important measures of China’s educational evaluation reform in recent years,and it is also a beneficial exploration of teaching evaluation reform in research institutes at all levels.Therefore,exploring the development status of the representative works evaluation system in China,finding out the main problems existing in the current exploration process in time,and exploring the representative work evaluation system from a comprehensive perspective to scientifically evaluate the scientific research ability and value of scientific research groups can timely confirm and evaluate the corresponding scientific research value,encourage scientific research groups to work hard,and improve scientific research results and social benefits.This paper uses the methods of literature retrieval,expert interview,questionnaire survey,etc.to explore the value of the representative works evaluation system for the improvement of teachers’scientific research ability,and according to the reality of educational practice,explore the implementation methods,stimulate teachers’scientific research enthusiasm,and create a social atmosphere of public trust.
