摘　　要：学徒制是我国职业教育深化校企合作协同育人模式改革、提高人才培养质量的重要举措,也是高职各专业人才培养模式改革的重要方向。落实国家专业培养标准为出发点,以构建包括专业教学标准、课程标准、双导师标准、实训条件标准、合作企业标准、学徒毕业标准等在内的学徒制背景下人才培养标准化体系为内容,以建立基于标准体系的人才培养过程和质量评价为手段,确保学徒制培养过程的规范化和培养质量的标准化。The apprenticeship system is an important measure for deepening the reform of school enterprise cooperation and collaborative education mode in vocational education in China,improving the quality of talent cultivation,and also an important direction for the reform of talent cultivation modes in various vocational colleges.Starting from the implementation of national professional training standards,we aim to establish a standardized system for talent cultivation under the apprenticeship system,including professional teaching standards,curriculum standards,dual mentor standards,practical training conditions standards,cooperative enterprise standards,and apprenticeship graduation standards.We aim to establish a standardized talent cultivation process and quality evaluation based on the standard system as a means to ensure the standardization of the apprenticeship training process and the standardization of training quality.
