摘　　要：“订单式新型职业农民培训”是“订单式”人才培养模式在新型职业农民培训中的具体运用,它根据乡村产业的实际需求确定职业培训计划、技能种类、质量指标。“订单式新型职业农民培训”立足于乡村生活和乡村产业振兴,将市场导向和就业导向引入计划供应秩序下的农村职业培训,能够解决传统农村职业培训与乡村产业发展以及农村生活脱节的问题。“订单式新型职业农民培训”对于实现乡村振兴战略、提升农民幸福感具有重要意义。The“order-based new vocational farmer training”is the specific application of“order-based”talent training mode in the training of new vocational farmers,which determines vocational training plans,skill types,quality index according to the actual needs of rural industries.The“order-based new vocational farmer training”is based on rural life and rural industry revitalization.Introducing market orientation and employment orientation into rural vocational training under the planned supply order can solve the problem of disconnection between traditional rural vocational training and rural industrial development and rural life.“Order-based new vocational farmer training”is of great significance for realizing the strategy of rural revitalization and improving farmers happiness.
