摘  要:在全球化背景下,“四新”建设的提出是我国高等教育主动求变的一个表现。作为新文科有机组成部分的大学英语担负着积极推进“四新”人才培养,服务国家战略需求,助力国家提升参与全球治理的能力的重要责任。本文提出,“四新”人才培养应充分利用现代化教学手段,关注文化赋能问题。这与全面落实立德树人根本任务息息相关,同时也是对将课程思政融入大学英语课堂教学建设要求的响应。基于此,本文对信息技术环境下大学英语跨文化交际在线课程建设、课程设置以及课堂教学等问题进行梳理和分析。The proposal of“four new”construction is a manifestation of Chinese higher education reform in the context of globalization.To promote the cultivation of“four new”talents,serve China’s strategic needs,and enhance China’s ability to participate in global governance,college English,as an integral part of the new liberal arts,shoulders an important responsibility.Given this,this paper proposes that the cultivation of“four new”talents should make full use of modern teaching methods and pay attention to cultural empowerment.This is not only closely related to the full implementation of the fundamental educational task of moral education,but also regarded as a response to the full integration of ideological and political construction into college English teaching.Accordingly,the paper demonstrates the issues of online intercultural course construction,intercultural communication curriculum design,and classroom teaching under the college English curriculum in the information technology environment.
