生物羊膜在重睑成形术后修复为单睑中的应用

摘　　要：目的 分析生物羊膜在重睑成形术后修复为单睑中的临床应用效果。方法 自2020年9月至2022年3月,湖南师范大学附属第一医院(湖南省人民医院)眼科对13例(26只眼)重睑成形术后要求修复单睑的患者实施重睑修复单睑手术,根据患者原手术次数分为一次手术组A组6例(12只眼)、多次手术组B组7例(14只眼),术中采用自体脂肪+生物羊膜进行隔离,防止粘连,术后观察随访6个月。结果 所有患者术后切口愈合良好,无羊膜排斥、感染等不良反应发生。术后22只眼牵扯、紧绷、异物感等自觉症状消退或明显改善,占84.6%;10只眼完全恢复单睑状态,占38.5%;4只眼重睑线局部粘连、褶皱,占15.4%。A组(12只眼)有6只眼恢复单睑状态,占50.0%;B组(14只眼)仅4只眼恢复单睑状态,占28.6%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.442)。结论 在重睑修复单睑手术中使用生物羊膜是一种安全、有效的手术方式。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of biamniotic membrane in single eyelid reconstruction after double eyelid surgery.Methods A total of 13 patients(26 eyes)who requested single eyelid reconstruction after double eyelid surgery were given the blepharoplasty.According to the number of original operations,the patients were divided into one operation group(group A,6 patients)and multiple operation group(group B,7 patients).Autologous fat and biological amniotic membrane were used during the operation to prevent adhesion.The follow-up time was 6 months.Results The wound healing was good in all the beauty seeking patients after surgery,no amniotic rejection,infection and other phenomena occurred.After surgery,22 eyes with drag,tightness,foreign body sensation and other symptoms disappeared or obvious regression,accounting for 84.6%.Ten eyes(38.5%)returned to single eyelid status completely.Local adhesion and fold of double eyelid line occurred in 4 eyes(15.4%).In group A(12 eyes),6 eyes recovered to single eyelid state,accounting for 50.0%.In Group B(14 eyes),only 4 eyes recovered to single eyelid status,accounting for 28.6%,and there was no statistical significance between them(P-0.442).Conclusion It is safe and effective to use biological amniotic membrane in single eyelid reconstruction after double eyelid surgery.
