摘 要:目的探索思维导图辅助案例式教学(case-based learning,CBL)在放射科住院医师规范化培训小讲座中的应用价值。方法选择2020年8月—2021年7月在滨州医学院附属医院放射科进行规范化培训的影像专业住院医师40名,随机分为对照组(传统的幻灯片授课法20名)和试验组(思维导图辅助CBL教学法20名)。课后对两组学员进行相同内容的理论知识及阅片技能测试,对两组学员进行教学方法满意度调查问卷。结果试验组理论知识及阅片技能测试成绩均高于对照组,试验组对教学方法的满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思维导图辅助CBL教学法不仅能帮助住培学员高效的传递专业知识,还能提高学员学习的主动性、积极性及影像诊断思维能力,学员对教学方法的满意度较高。Objective To explore the application of mind mapping assisted case-based learning(CBL)in a lecture for standardized residency training of department of radiology.Methods A total of 40 imaging residents who underwent standardized training in the department of radiology of Binzhou Medical University Hospital from August 2020 to July 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(traditional PPT lecture method,n=20)and an experimental group(mind mapping assisted CBL teaching method,n=20).After class,both groups were tested on theoretical knowledge and film reading skills with the same content,and a questionnaire on satisfaction with the teaching method was administered to both groups.Results The experimental group had higher scores in theoretical knowledge and film reading skills tests than the control group,and the experimental group was more satisfied with the teaching method than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind mapping assisted CBL teaching method not only helps the resident trainees to transfer their professional knowledge efficiently,but also improves their initiative,motivation and diagnostic imaging thinking skills,and the trainees are more satisfied with the teaching method.
