摘  要:目的探究课程思政在健康管理中心护生教学中的应用效果。方法选择2019年7月—2021年2月于重庆医科大学附属第二医院健康管理中心实习的40名护生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各20名。对照组采用常规带教模式,试验组采用课程思政融合临床实习带教方法进行教学。对比两组实习护生理论知识与操作技能评分、职业态度评分、核心能力评分、综合能力评分。结果试验组理论知识、操作技能评分、职业态度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组临床生物医学科学、一般临床技能、批判性思维推理能力、关心、道德和责任、终身学习评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组理论掌握情况、操作技能、职业满意度、核心能力评分和总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论将课程思政应用于健康管理中心护生教学中,能够有效提高护生理论及实践能力,激发护生自我学习专业知识,提高职业满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of curriculum ideology and politics in the teaching of nursing students in health management center.Methods A total of 40 nursing students who practiced in the health management center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from July 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the experimental group and the control group by the random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode,and the experimental group adopted the curriculum ideological and political integration clinical practice teaching method.The scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills,professional attitude,core ability and comprehensive ability were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,operational skills and professional attitude of experimental group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores and total scores of clinical biomedical science,general clinical skills,critical thinking reasoning ability,caring,ethics and responsibility,and lifelong learning of experimental group were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The theoretical mastery,operational skills,career satisfaction,core competence scores and total scores of experimental groups were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of ideological and political courses in the teaching of nursing students in health management center can effectively improve their ability of nursing physiology theory and practice,stimulate their self-learning of professional knowledge,and improve their career satisfaction.
