摘  要:目的探索临床药学本科实习生的实习教学方法。方法选取2020年6月—2022年5月在嘉兴市第二医院临床实习的40名实习生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各20名,对照组以传统带教方式带教,试验组以药品不良反应/事件为切入点,增加“输液外渗”和“药物性肝损伤”两个临床具体病例的案例教学,把以病例为导向(case-based learning,CBL)、以问题为导向(problem-based learning,PBL)及以文献为导向的教学法(reference induced-self education,RISE)教学方式融入到临床药学带教实践过程中,通过理论考试、实践技能考核及自我教学效果评估等方式进行分析考评。结果从考核成绩来看,试验组理论考试成绩和实践技能成绩均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);从自我教学效果评估结果来看,试验组在“发现问题能力”“学习兴趣”“交流表达能力”“理解能力”“学习自觉性”“知识掌握力”“学习能力”“解决问题能力”“药学实践技能”“课程参与度”和总分上均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过这样的教学方式使学生能在临床实践中运用所掌握的知识去解决实际遇到的问题,有助于提高学生的自身参与度和学习积极性,培养了学生的临床思维和解决临床问题的能力。Objective To explore the practical teaching methods for clinical pharmacy undergraduate interns.Methods A total of 40 interns who had clinical practice in Jiaxing Second Hospital from June 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 20 interns in each group.The control group was taught by traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group was taught by adverse drug reactions/events.Two specific clinical cases of"infusion extravasation"and"drug-induced liver injury"were added to the case teaching,and case-based learning(CBL)and problem-based learning were introduced.PBL and reference induced self education(RISE)teaching methods have been integrated into the clinical pharmacy teaching practice,and analyzed and evaluated through theoretical examination,practical skill assessment and self-teaching effect assessment.Results In terms of test scores,the test scores and practical skills scores of experimental groups were significantly higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).From the results of self-teaching effect assessment,the test group was higher than the control group in"problem finding ability""learning interest""communication and expression ability""understanding ability""learning consciousness""knowledge mastery""learning ability""problem solving ability""pharmacy practice skills""course participation"and total score,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through this teaching method,students can apply the knowledge they have learned to clinical practice,solve practical clinical problems,improve students'own participation and learning enthusiasm,and cultivate students'clinical thinking and ability to solve clinical problems.
