摘 要:住院医师规范化培训是医学院校基础教育和继续医学教育之间的重要过渡,是住院医师培养临床思维、积累临床技能、形成职业价值感知、进行长期生涯规划的关键时期。评价体系是引导培训过程的风向标,优化现有的住院医师评价体系有利于提升住院医师规范化培训的质量和效率。本文论述了目前住院医师评价体系出现的重科研、轻临床甚至唯论文唯影响因子分区论的现象,分析了其中的问题及原因,并提出了相应对策,以期为改善住院医师评价体系提供参考,向社会输送更优质的临床医师,进一步促进健康中国建设。Standardized training of resident physicians is an important transition between basic education and continuing medical education in medical colleges,which is a critical period for resident physicians to cultivate clinical thinking,accumulate clinical skills,form professional value perception and conduct long-term career planning.The evaluation system is a guide for training process,and optimizing existing resident evaluation system is beneficial for improving quality and efficiency of standardized resident training.The article discusses phenomenon of emphasizing scientific research,neglecting clinical practice and even relying solely on theory and influencing factor zoning in current resident evaluation system,analyzes problems and reasons,proposes corresponding countermeasures to provide reference for improving resident evaluation system,transmitting higher quality clinical physicians to society and promoting construction of a healthy China further.
