经尿道电切术治疗膀胱肿瘤的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨经尿道电切术治疗膀胱肿瘤患者的临床疗效。方法 120例膀胱肿瘤患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各60例。观察组患者实施经尿道电切术治疗,对照组患者实施部分膀胱切除术治疗。比较两组患者的术后并发症发生情况和住院时间。结果 观察组术后发生膀胱出血1例,尿道狭窄0例,膀胱痉挛3例,术后并发症总发生率为6.67%。对照组术后发生膀胱出血2例,尿道狭窄2例,膀胱痉挛11例,术后并发症总发生率为25.00%。观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间为(9.32±1.23)d,短于对照组的(17.62±2.57)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 临床上采用经尿道电切术治疗膀胱肿瘤,具有恢复迅速、术后出血量少、术后并发症少等优点,值得在临床大力推广。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of transurethral resection in the treatment of bladder tumors.Methods A total of 120 patients with bladder tumor were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group received transurethral resection,and the control group received partial cystectomy.The occurrence of postoperative complications and duration of hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had 1 case of postoperative bladder bleeding,0 case of urethral stricture,3 cases of bladder spasm,and the total incidence of postoperative complications was 6.67%.The control group had 2 cases of postoperative bladder bleeding,2 cases of urethral stricture,11 cases of bladder spasm,and the total incidence of postoperative complications was 25.00%.The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of hospitalization in the observation group was(9.32±1.23)d,which was shorter than that of(17.62±2.57)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral resection of bladder tumors has the advantages of rapid recovery,less postoperative blood loss and few postoperative complications,and is worth popularizing in clinic.
