摘  要:目的 分析根管治疗术后行嵌体修复及树脂充填+固位纤维冠外保护对患者牙根抗折性能修复的影响。方法 96例根管治疗术后患者,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各48例。观察组行嵌体修复、树脂充填+固位纤维冠外保护治疗,对照组行树脂直接充填修复治疗。比较两组患者牙冠根测量值、破坏载荷值、牙根折裂发生率与牙根折裂可修复率、修复效果及对牙体修复美观度的满意度。结果 两组冠长、冠颊舌径、冠近远中径、颈颊舌径、根长、根颊舌径比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组最大破坏载荷值(1.70±0.32)kN、最小破坏载荷值(0.64±0.13)kN、平均破坏载荷值(1.30±0.25)kN均高于对照组的(1.18±0.15)、(0.38±0.11)、(0.78±0.21)kN,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组牙根折裂发生率4.17%低于对照组的16.67%,牙根折裂可修复率100.00%高于对照组的12.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组修复总有效率95.83%高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对牙体修复美观度的满意度93.75%高于对照组的72.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对根管治疗术后患者行嵌体修复及树脂充填+固位纤维冠外保护,可提升牙根抗折性能,减少牙根折裂的发生,修复效果显著,患者满意度高。Objective To analyze the effect of inlay restoration and resin filling combined with Biosplint materials for crown protection in the restoration of root fracture resistance after endodontic treatment.Methods A total of 96 patients after endodontic treatment were divided into observation group and control group according to the random numerical table,with 48 cases in each group.The observation group received inlay restoration,resin filling combined with Biosplint materials for crown protection,and the control group received resin direct filling for restoration.Both groups were compared in terms of crown root measurements,damage load values,incidence of root fracture,root fracture restorability,restoration results and satisfaction with the aesthetics of the dental restoration.Results There was no statistically significant difference in crown length,crown buccolingual diameter,crown proximal and distal mid-diameters,cervical buccolingual diameter,root length,and root buccolingual diameter between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group had maximum damage load value of(1.70±0.32)kN,the minimum damage load value of(0.64±0.13)kN,and the average damage load value of(1.30±0.25)kN,which were higher than those of(1.18±0.15),(0.38±0.11),and(0.78±0.21)kN in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of root fracture of 4.17%in the observation group was lower than that of 16.67%in the control group,and the root fracture restorability of 100.00%was higher than that of 12.50%in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total restorative efficiency rate of 95.83%in the observation group was higher than that of 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group with the aesthetics of dental restoration was 93.75%,which was higher than that of 72.92%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The inlay restoration and re
