高效人工泪液治疗干眼症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨高效人工泪液治疗干眼症的效果。方法 104例干眼症患者,以随机数字表法分为研究组与参照组,各52例。参照组应用普拉洛芬滴眼液+妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗,研究组使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗。比较两组用药前及用药后2周的基础组液分泌量、主观干燥异物感(DES)评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)以及疗效、药物刺激发生率。结果 用药后2周,研究组基础泪液分泌量(13.59±2.36)mm高于参照组的(11.14±2.18)mm,DES评分(1.93±0.42)分低于参照组的(2.78±0.86)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率96.15%高于参照组的82.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后2周,研究组BUT(8.74±1.52)s长于参照组的(6.37±1.16)s,IL-1β(57.02±4.36)ng/L、TNF-α(109.21±12.73)ng/L低于参照组的(86.13±5.41)、(181.34±15.49)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组药物刺激发生率5.77%低于参照组的19.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 玻璃酸钠滴眼液可有效缓解干眼症患者的临床症状,促使其眼部相关指标改善,并降低药物刺激发生率。Objective To discuss the effect of high-efficiency artificial tears in the treatment of xerophthalmia.Methods A total of 104 patients with xerophthalmia were divided into research group and reference group according to the random numerical table,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pranoprofen eye drops and tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops,while the research group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops.Both groups were compared in terms of basal tear secretion,dry eye symptom(DES)score,break-up time(BUT),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)before and 2 weeks after medication,efficacy,and incidence of drug irritation.Results 2 weeks after medication,the basal tear secretion of(13.59±2.36)mm in the research group was higher than that of(11.14±2.18)mm in the reference group,and DES score of(1.93±0.42)points was lower than that of(2.78±0.86)points in the reference group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 96.15%in the research group was higher than that of 82.69%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 weeks after medication,BUT of(8.74±1.52)s in the research group was longer than that of(6.37±1.16)s in the reference group;IL-1βof(57.02±4.36)ng/L and TNF-αof(109.21±12.73)ng/L in the research group were lower than those of(86.13±5.41)and(181.34±15.49)ng/L in the reference group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of drug stimulation of 5.77%in the research group was lower than that of 19.23%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate eye drops can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with xerophthalmia,promote the improvement of eye related indicators,and reduce the incidence of drug stimulation.
