穴位敷贴法联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片对中重度癌性疼痛患者的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析穴位敷贴法与盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合治疗中重度癌性疼痛患者的临床效果。方法 86例中重度癌性疼痛患者,按随机数表分为对照组及研究组,各43例。对照组采取盐酸羟考酮缓释片进行治疗,研究组采取穴位敷贴法与盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合治疗。比较两组疗效,治疗前后的心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分],治疗前后的生活质量,不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组的总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的79.07%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分低于本组治疗前,且研究组患者的SAS评分(31.12±4.08)分、SDS评分(30.92±4.84)分低于对照组的(36.38±4.21)、(37.67±5.87)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的生活质量评分高于本组治疗前,且研究组患者的生活质量评分(50.88±1.85)分高于对照组的(43.18±1.51)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的不良反应发生率为6.98%,低于对照组的27.91%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 穴位敷贴法与盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合治疗中重度癌性疼痛患者能有效减轻患者的疼痛情况,使其生活质量得到提升,减少不良反应发生率。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets in patients with moderate to severe cancer pain.Methods A total of 8686 patients with moderate and severe cancer pain were divided into control group and research group according to the random numerical table,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets,while the research group was treated with acupoint application and oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets.Both groups were compared in terms of efficacy,mental state[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score]before and after treatment,quality of life before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of 95.35%in the research group was higher than that of 79.07%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,SAS and SDS scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;SAS score of(31.12±4.08)points and SDS score of(30.92±4.84)points in the research group were lower than those of(36.38±4.21)and(37.67±5.87)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the quality of life score of(50.88±1.85)points in the research group was higher than that of(43.18±1.51)points in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 6.98%,which was lower than that of 27.91%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets in the treatment of moderate and severe cancer pain patients can effectively reduce the pain of patients,improve their quality of life,reduce the incidence of adverse
