摘　　要：陶行知先生“教学做合一”理念为高校英语翻译教学提供了更加全面的路径指导,先生强调“以教人者教己,在劳力上劳心”,要求教师和学生都参与到教学中,将教学、学习、实践三个环节在教学过程中融为一体,以此提高专业能力培养的效率与实用价值。文章以“教学做”三大元素核心内涵为切入点,充分阐述这一教育理念与英语翻译教学结合的重要意义,并提出以转变教育方式、优化学习方法、丰富教学实践为结合路径,充分落实“教学做合一”理念与英语翻译专业的现实价值。Tao Xingzhi's concept of integrating teaching and innovation provides a more comprehensive path guidance for English translation teaching in universities.The teacher emphasizes“teaching oneself by teaching others,and putting effort into labor”,requiring educators to integrate teaching,learning,practice,and innovation in the teaching process,in order to improve the efficiency and practical value of professional ability cultivation.The article takes the core connotation of the four elements of“teaching innovation”as the starting point,fully elaborates on the important significance of combining this educational concept with English translation teaching,and proposes to transform educational methods,optimize learning methods,enrich teaching practices,and encourage innovation and entrepreneurship as the combination path,fully implementing the concept of“teaching innovation”integration and the practical value of English translation major.
