摘　　要：因受经济发展方式转变、产业结构调整、国际政治经济、新冠疫情等社会因素的影响,高校毕业生就业形势十分严峻。文章借鉴精准扶贫的实践经验,以精准帮扶为出发点,在分析就业困难毕业生精准帮扶特征、梳理就业困难毕业生就业难原因的基础上,从精准认定、精准对接、精准服务等角度提出就业困难高校毕业生高质量就业的策略。Due to the transformation of economic development mode,industrial structure adjustment,international political economy,COVID-19 and other social factors,the employment situation of college graduates is very serious.The article draws on the practical experience of Targeted Poverty Alleviation,takes targeted assistance as the starting point,analyzes the characteristics of targeted assistance for graduates with difficulties in employment,combs the reasons for the difficulties in employment of graduates with difficulties in employment,and proposes high-quality employment strategies for graduates with difficulties in employment from the perspective of targeted identification,targeted docking,and targeted services.
