摘　　要：高校课程思政建设工作是以培养全能高校人才为核心,使课程思政理念成为全国各高校、各学科共有的教育理念共识。本文首先对管理学课程思政建设研究现状进行梳理,提出其中的难点,最后提出加强管理学课程思政建设的路径选择。The ideological and political construction of university courses is centered on cultivating versatile university talents,making the ideological and political concept of courses a common educational concept consensus among various universities and disciplines across the country.This article first sorts out the current research status of the ideological and political construction of management courses,identifies the difficulties,and finally proposes the path selection to strengthen the ideological and political construction of management courses.
