网格化管理在社区精神病防治中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 研究网格化管理模式在当前社区精神病防治工作中的实际效果。方法 选取2020年11月-2021年11月登记的200例社区贫困精神病患者作为研究样本病例,将患者随机分为两组,将实施网格化管理前登记的100例贫困精神病患者作为对照组,实施管理后登记的100例贫困精神病患者作为研究组。比较两组患者的管理及随访情况、随访效果、参加工作及公共活动等情况。结果 实施网格化管理后,社区精神病患者的规范管理率、面访率、人均随访次数等均有提升,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者家庭医生签约率、病情稳定率、服药依从性、参加社区服务率、显好率等均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者参加工作及公共活动频率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 网格化管理在社区精神病防治中具有较好的效果,有助于提升管理水平和随访效果,并促进患者积极参加工作和公共活动,恢复身心健康,值得临床推广。Objective To study practical effect of grid management mode in current community mental disease prevention and control work.Methods The paper chose 200 impoverished psychiatric patients registered in the community from November 2020 to November 2021 as research sample cases,and divided them into two groups randomly.100 impoverished psychiatric patients registered before grid management were included in control group,and 100 impoverished psychiatric patients registered after grid management in research group.Management and follow-up status,follow-up effectiveness,participation in work and public activities was compared between two groups.Results After grid management,standardized management rate,face-to-face visit rate,and per capita followup frequency of community psychiatric patients was improved,that of research group was higher than control group(P<0.05);signing rate,stability rate,medication compliance,participation rate in community services,and improvement rate of family doctors in study group was higher than control group(P<0.05);participating frequency in work and public activities in study group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Grid management can achieve good effect in community mental disease prevention and treatment,can improve management level and follow-up effect,and promote patients to participate in work and public activities actively,restore physical and mental health,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
