摘 要:本研究通过两个实验探究情绪对高低特质心流体育生认知控制的影响机制。实验1考察高、低特质心流体育生在不同趋近动机积极情绪下的认知控制。结果发现,高趋近动机积极情绪抑制了低特质心流体育生采用反应性控制的倾向。实验2进一步考察了情绪调节策略对低特质心流体育生的调节作用。结果发现,表达抑制策略有效提高了该群体采用反应性控制的倾向。这表明,低特质心流体育生的认知控制易受情绪影响,且表达抑制能对其起一定的调节作用。This study explored the effect of emotion on cognitive control and regulation of high and low trait mind-flow sports students through two experiments.Experiment 1 examined the cognitive control of high and low dispositional flow subjects under different approach motivation positive emotions.The results found that positive emotions with high approach motivation inhibited the tendency of low-flow sport students to adopt reactive control.Experiment 2 further examined the moderating effects of emotion regulation strategies on low-flow sports students.The results found that the expressive inhibition effectively increased the tendency of low-flow sports students to adopt reactive control.This suggests that the cognitive control of low-flow sports students is susceptible to emotions and that expressive inhibition can play a moderating role on it.
