摘  要:“课程思政”要切实实现价值引领作用,需要教师进行科学设计,并采用恰当的教学模式、教学方法和手段。以成人高等教育西方行政制度课程为例,探索基于“SPOC+翻转课堂”教学模式,采用线上线下相结合的混合式教学设计,通过课前、课上、课后的精心设计,深入挖掘课程内含的思政元素,教学过程中充分发挥SPOC的资源支持、交互支持、情感支持、测评支持等功能,使思政元素于润泽的课堂环境中自然融入,并通过课后强化和充分发挥考试指挥棒作用,促进课程思政育人效果的有效提升。In order to effectively realize the leading role of value,“curriculum ideological and political education”requires teachers to scientifically design and adopt appropriate teaching mode,methods and means.Taking Western Administrative System as an example,it explores the model of teaching based on“SPOC+flipped classroom”.It adopts a mixed teaching design of on-line and off-line combination,delves deeply into the ideological and political elements contained in the course through careful design before,during,and after class.In the process of teaching implementation,it gives full play to the role of SPOC in resource support,interactive support,emotional support,evaluation support,makes ideological and political elements blending into the teaching process naturally in an unrestrained environment.By strengthening and fully utilizing the role of the exam baton after class,it effectively improves the effectiveness of ideological and political education in the curriculum.
