摘  要:在CATIA软件中对调距桨机构进行三维建模,将调距桨三维模型导入ADAMS软件进行虚拟样机的构建和动力学仿真。为了进一步探究机构间隙对调距桨动力学性能的影响,分别进行全运动副全接触虚拟样机建模。仿真结果表明,全接触建模虚拟样机仿真时间更长,但对机构间隙的引入更贴近真实工况。The 3D modeling of the controllable pitch propeller mechanism in CATIA software is completed,and then imported the 3D model of the controllable pitch propeller into ADAMS software for virtual prototype construction and dynamic simulation.In order to investigate the influence of mechanism clearance on the dynamic performance of variable pitch propellers,full contact virtual prototype modeling of full motion pairs was conducted.The simulation results show that the simulation time of the full contact modeling virtual prototype is longer,but the introduction of mechanism clearance is closer to the real working conditions.
