摘 要:对以福美钠代替锌粉作为净化剂去除ZnSO_(4)溶液中的Co^(2+)进行了研究。研究发现,福美钠可以有效去除ZnSO_(4)溶液中的Co^(2+)。最佳工艺条件为:福美钠用量400 mg/L,NaNO_(2)加入量23 mg/L,初始pH值4.0,反应温度75℃,反应时间1.5 h。在此条件下可以将ZnSO_(4)溶液中的Co^(2+)脱除至0.2 mg/L以下。对以福美钠除钴后得到的ZnSO_(4)溶液进行电积试验,连续电积10个周期,平均电流效率为93.33%,析出的锌片质量全部达到国标0^(#)锌标准。这说明福美钠除钴工艺不会对后续锌电积过程产生不良影响,福美钠可作为代替锌粉的净化除钴试剂。The removal of Co^(2+)in zinc sulfate solution by sodium dimethyl dithiocarbamate(SDD)instead of zinc powder was studied.It was found that SDD could effectively remove Co^(2+)from ZnSO_(4)solution,the optimum process conditions for removing cobalt by SDD were obtained as follows:under the conditions of 400 mg/L SDD,23 mg/L NaNO_(2),4.0 initial pH,75℃ reaction temperature and 1.5 h reaction time,Co^(2+)in zinc sulfate solution can be removed below 0.2 mg/L.Electrodeposition test was carried out with zinc sulfate solution obtained by removing cobalt with SDD.After 10 consecutive electrodeposition cycles,the average current efficiency reached 93.33%,and the quality of zinc tablets all reached the national standard 0^(#)zinc standard,indicating that the process of removing cobalt with SDD would not have adverse effects on the subsequent electrodeposition process of zinc,SDD can be used as a purification reagent for cobalt removal instead of zinc powder.
