摘　　要：当代大学生集体主义观念式微促使人们关注和反思大学生群体交往的现状和质量。同辈群体是大学生中普遍存在的非正式群体,其群体自发性、文化多元性、自卫排他性、网络虚拟性特征给大学生集体主义教育带来了负面影响。一方面,非正式群体与正式群体在组织形式、行事作风、群体文化等方面存在冲突,严重威胁甚至消解着正式群体的存在价值与正向功能;另一方面,同辈群体的内聚力以及网络同辈群体交往导致大学生与正式群体、现实集体疏离。面对同辈群体的巨大冲击,教育者应通过正确引导意见领袖、协助构建积极亚文化、强化大学生集体主义利益观和拓展现实的集体主义教育内容来增强大学生的集体主义意识,帮助其树立正确的集体主义价值观。The decline of contemporary college students'collectivism urges people to reflect on and pay attention to the current situation and quality of college students'group communication.Peer groups are common informal groups among college students,whose characteristics of group spontaneity,cultural diversity,self-defense and exclusivity and network virtuality,bring about negative effects on college students'collectivism education.On the one hand,informal groups and formal groups have conflicts in terms of organizational form,behavior style,group culture and son on,which seriously threatens or even dissolves the existence value and positive function of formal groups.On the other hand,the cohesion of peer groups and the network peer group communication lead to the alienation of college students from the formal and real groups.In the face of the great impact of peer groups,we should enhance their collectivism consciousness and set up correct collectivism values by correctly guiding opinion leader,helping them construct positive subculture,strengthening their collectivism view of benefits and expanding the realistic collectivism education contents.
