儿童康复专科护士核心能力评价指标体系的构建

摘　　要：目的构建儿童康复专科护士核心能力评价指标体系,为儿童康复专科护士的培养及评价提供参考依据。方法通过文献回顾、两轮德尔菲专家函询等方法,确定儿童康复专科护士核心能力评价指标及权重。结果形成儿童康复专科护士核心能力评价指标体系,包括7个一级指标、28个二级指标、77个三级指标。两轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率均是100%,专家权威系数为0.901、0.920、判断依据系数为0.912、0.920,熟悉程度系数是0.890、0.920。第2轮函询一、二、三级指标的Kendall’s W值分别是0.154、0.136、0.207,P均<0.05。结论构建的儿童康复专科护士核心能力评价指标具有科学性、可靠性、专科特色和参考价值,可以为儿童康复专科护士的培养和评价提供借鉴。Objective To construct the core competence evaluation index system for nurses specialized in pediatric rehabilitation and provide reference for their cultivation and evaluation.Methods The core competence evaluation indexes and weights for nurses specialized in pediatric rehabilitation were determined through literature review and two rounds of Delphi expert consultation.Results The core competence evaluation index system for nurses specialized in pediatric rehabilitation was formed,which includes 7 first class indexes,28 second class indexes and 77 third class indexes.The valid recovery rates of two rounds of expert consultation were all 100%.The expert authority coefficients were 0.901 and 0.920.The judgement coefficients were 0.912 and 0.920.The familiarity coefficients were 0.890 and 0.920.The Kendall’s W values on first class,second class and third class indexes in the second round of expert consultation were 0.154,0.136 and 0.207(P<0.05 each).Conclusion The core competence evaluation index system for nurses specialized in pediatric rehabilitation constructed is scientific and reliable,which has specialized characteristics and reference values,and can provide reference for cultivation and evaluation for nurses specialized in pediatric rehabilitation.
