从阴平阳秘浅谈免疫平衡

摘　　要：阴阳学说是中医理论体系的重要组成部分,阴平阳秘是指人体处于阴阳平衡、形神协调的健康状态,也是中医防病治病的目标。现代医学认为生理条件下,人体的免疫处于相对平衡状态,免疫平衡与人体阴阳一样,都会随着内环境和外环境的变化而变化,且处于动态平衡的状态。此文从中医“阴平阳秘”的角度来探讨人体免疫平衡,浅谈其临床指导意义。Yin-yang theory is an important part of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine.The equilibrium of yin and yang refers to the healthy state of the human body in the balance of yin and yang and the coordination of form and spirit.It is also the goal of disease prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Modern medicine believes that under physiological conditions,the immunity of the human body is in a relatively balanced state.This immune balance,like the yin and yang of the human body,will change with the changes of the internal and external environment,and is in a state of dynamic balance.This paper discusses the human immune balance from the perspective of"equilibrium of yin and yang"of traditional Chinese medicine,and discusses its clinical guiding significance.
