摘  要:党参中的核心资源物质富集方法包括溶剂提取法、亚临界水提取法、超声波辅助提取法、酶解法、超临界CO_(2)萃取法、超微粉碎法、喷雾干燥法、冷冻干燥粉碎法。各种核心资源富集方法工业化生产的考虑因素有:合规性、安全性、经济性、功效性。根据不同的工艺目标要求,讨论了8种党参核心资源物质富集方法的应用范围及方法参数区间,便于从业者在党参工业化生产中进行优化选择。The enrichment methods of core resources in Codonopsis pilosula include solvent extraction,subcritical water extraction,ultrasonic assisted extraction,enzymatic hydrolysis,supercritical CO,extraction,ultra-fine pulverization,spray drying and freeze-drying pulverization.The factors to be considered for the industrial production of various core resource enrichment methods are:compliance,safety,economy and efficiency.According to different process objectives,the advantages and disadvantages of 8 enrichment methods for the core resources of codonopsis pilosula were discussed,which was convenient for practitioners to choose in the upcoming industrial production of codonopsis pilosula.
