滋阴活血法治疗视网膜色素变性的临证体会

摘　　要：视网膜色变性是以进行性视网膜感光细胞受损为特点的具有显著遗传异质性的一组疾病,是眼底病致盲的重要原因之一。目前有关基因治疗、细胞移植、药物干预治疗视网膜色素变性的研究层出不穷,西医尚无有效治疗方案,古今医家在长期临床工作中不断探索,积累了较多的治疗经验,认为此病以夜盲为主要症状,与遗传相关,虚中夹瘀是发病的重要因素,治疗应以补益肝肾、活血明目为主。此文总结临床滋阴活血法治疗视网膜色素变性的现状并进行理论分析,为临床治疗提供参考。Retinal pigmentosa is a group of diseases with significant genetic heterogeneity characterized by progressive retinal photoreceptor damage,and is one of the important causes of blindness caused by fundus diseases.At present,research on gene therapy,cell transplantation,and drug intervention to treat retinitis pigmentosa is endless,and there is no exact and effective treatment plan for western medicine.Ancient and modern doctors have been constantly exploring in long-term clinical work,and some progress has been made in the treatment of retinitis pigmentosa with traditional Chinese medicine.They believed that the main symptom of this disease was night blindness,which was related to heredity.Deficiency and blood stasis were important factors in the occurrence of this disease.Treatment should focus on tonifying the liver and kidney,promoting blood circulation and improving eyesight.Therefore,the current situation of clinical treatment of retinitis pigmentosa with the method of nourishing yin and activating blood circulation was analyzed theoretically and summarized empirically to provide reference for clinical treatment.
