摘 要:针对传统汽车故障诊断过程中不能高效快速定位故障原因从而造成维修成本和维修时间增大的问题,经过对基于故障树与贝叶斯网络的汽车故障诊断方法进行研究,分析汽车故障数据,构建故障树模型并将其转化为贝叶斯网络,进行贝叶斯网络反向推理,确定故障诊断顺序,提高故障诊断的准确率,快速响应服务需求,帮助维修人员快速定位故障发生的位置以及故障原因,从而提高维修效率,提升服务质量。Aiming at the problem that the cause of the fault cannot be efficiently and quickly located in the traditional automobile fault diagnosis process,resulting in the increase of maintenance cost and maintenance time,after studying the automobile fault diagnosis method based on fault tree and Bayesian network,the automobile fault data is analyzed,the fault tree model is constructed and converted into Bayesian network,Bayesian network reverse reasoning is carried out,the fault diagnosis sequence is determined,the accuracy of fault diagnosis is improved,the service demand is quickly responded,and the maintenance personnel are helped to quickly locate the location of the fault and the cause of the fault.So as to improve maintenance efficiency and improve service quality.
