摘　　要：通过总结10年来铝合金压铸模开发过程经验,围绕压铸生产过程中模具产生的主要失效模式,从模具开发过程的模具材料的选择、产品数模的评估、压射速度、模具温度场、电火花加工、表面处理、后期保养等方面分析影响模具寿命的主要因素,找出提高模具寿命的方法。This paper summarizes the development experience of aluminum alloy die-casting die for decades,around the main failure modes of die casting production process,the factors influencing die life are analyzed from the aspects of die material and evaluation of product digital simulation and injection velocity and temperature field and EDM and surface treatment and mould maintenance system in the process of die development,to find out some ways to improve the service life of the die.
