摘　　要：目的:观察鼻咽解毒颗粒对初治鼻咽癌急性放射反应和疗效。方法:2017年10月至2021年12月,120例无远处转移的初治鼻咽癌,根据分期和NCCN指南,分层治疗,随机分为两组。对照组:放疗期间未口服鼻咽解毒颗粒;研究组:放疗期间口服鼻咽解毒颗粒,20 g,每天三次。观察急性放射反应,比较临床疗效。结果:两组患者急性放射性口腔黏膜炎、口干有统计学差异(P<0.05)。1、2、3年局部区域控制率、无远处转移率、总生存率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:初治鼻咽癌放疗期间口服鼻咽解毒颗粒,减轻了急性放射性口腔黏膜炎、口干等症状,降低了鼻咽周围正常组织的放射性损伤,但没有明显提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the acute radiation reaction and therapeutic effect of Biyan jiedu granule on Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods:From October 2017 to December 2021,120 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma without distant metastasis were randomly divided into two groups.Stratified therapy is performed according to staging and NCCN guidelines.The control group did not take Biyan jiedu granule granule orally during radiotherapy,and the study group took nasopharyngeal Biyan jiedu granule orally during radiotherapy,and the specific dose is 20 g tid.The acute radiation reaction was observed and the clinical effects were compared.Results:There was significant difference in acute radiation oral mucositis and dry mouth between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in 1-,2-and 3-year local control rate,no distant metastasis rate and overall survival rate(P>0.05).Conclusion:Oral administration of Biyan jiedu granule during radiotherapy for newly treated patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma can reduce the symptoms of acute radiation oral mucositis and dry mouth.It is helpful to reduce the radiation damage of normal tissue around nasopharynx,but it does not significantly improve the clinical effect.
