摘  要:中枢神经系统非肿瘤病变起病隐匿、进行性发展,MRI是其主要检查手段,结构MRI成像、功能MRI成像、PET和SPECT成像可以客观显示此类疾病脑结构、功能及代谢改变;此外,影像组学从图像中提取病变的定量特征,对疾病诊疗具有较高的准确性。目前影像组学在肿瘤诊断、分期、疗效评估及结局预测方面已取得巨大研究成果。近年来,大量研究探讨影像组学方法对中枢神经系统常见非肿瘤性病变阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、脑血管病、肝性脑病等的早期诊断、分级及预后评价的应用价值,本文对此进行综述。Non-tumor lesions of the central nervous system have an insidious onset and develop progressively.MRI is the main examination method,structural MRI imaging,functional MRI imaging,PET and SPECT imaging can objectively show the brain structure,function and metabolic changes of this type of disease.In addition,radiomics extracts the quantitative characteristics of lesions from images,which has high accuracy in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.At present,radiomics has achieved great research results in tumor diagnosis,staging,efficacy evaluation and outcome prediction.In recent years,a large number of studies have explored the application value of radiomics methods in the early diagnosis,grading and prognosis evaluation of common non-neoplastic lesions of the central nervous system,including Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease,cerebrovascular disease,hepatic encephalopathy,which are reviewed here.
