摘  要:随着新时代制糖行业的快速发展,在加快糖业优化升级,促进糖业高质量发展的战略背景下,对制糖人才的要求也越来越高,学校作为其输送人才的主阵地,为此提出基于校企合作的创新性应用型制糖人才培养模式。从人才培养目标及人才培养方案的制定、实践平台及创新平台的建设,人才培养评价反馈等方面进行改革,创新人才培养模式,提高能满足制糖业需求的人才培养质量,为创新性应用型人才培养提供一种新思路。With the rapid development of the sugar industry,under the strategic background of optimizing and upgrading the sugar industry and promoting the high quality development of the sugar industry,the requirements for sugar talents are getting higher and higher.The university as the main position for transporting talents,put forward the innovative applied sugar talents training mode based on university-enterprise collaboration.Reform should be carried out from the formulation of talent training objectives and programs,the construction of practice platforms and innovation platforms,and the evaluation and feedback of talent training,so as to innovate the talent training mode,improvd the quality of talent training that could meet the needs of the sugar industry,and provide a new idea for the cultivation of innovative and applied sugar talents.
