摘 要:利用DPPH法和高效液相色谱法(High Performance Liquid Chromatography,HPLC)分别获得了10批次竹叶花椒果皮黄酮类物质的抗氧化活性和HPLC指纹图谱。运用偏最小二乘回归(Partial Least Squares Regression,PLSR)法分析HPLC指纹图谱共有峰峰面积与抗氧化活性IC50值之间的关系。结果表明,竹叶花椒果皮提取的黄酮类物质清除DPPH自由基的IC50值在14.530~20.833μg/g,其HPLC指纹图谱中可标定出16个共有峰,其中主要抗氧化活性成分是表儿茶素、金丝桃苷、紫云英苷和山奈酚。The antioxidant activity and HPLC fingerprints of 10 batches of flavonoids from the peel of Zanthoxylum armatum DC were obtained by DPPH method and high performance liquid chromatography.The partial least squares regression method was used to analyze the relationship between the common peak area of HPLC fingerprints and the IC50 value of antioxidant activity.The results showed that the IC50 values of the flavonoids extracted from the peel of Zanthoxylum armatum DC for scavenging DPPH free radicals were between 14.530 and 20.833μg/g,and 16 common peaks could be demarcated in the HPLC fingerprint,and the main antioxidant activity ingredients were epicatechin,hyperoside,astragaline and kaempferol.
