摘　　要：全过程工程咨询产业学院建设以“双高”背景下工程造价高水平专业群建设为契机,基于工程项目管理模式的变革,围绕全过程工程咨询服务来进行。其四层级整体设计与全新组织架构为:产业学院→行业联合学院→教师教学创新团队→工作室,其组织设计为“产业+”“行业+”“智库+”“课程、项目、双创+”模式。全过程工程咨询产业学院建设构建了多层次多维度设计校企联动机制和政校行企发展共同体,以实现产教深度融合。We should build the college of whole process engineering consulting industry by taking the opportunity of building a high-level professional group of engineering cost under the background of“double high”,and centering on the whole process engineering consulting services based on the reform of engineering project management mode.The overall design and new organizational structure of its four levels are:industry college→trade joint college→teacher teaching innovation team→studio,and its organizational design is a“industry+”,“trade+”,“think tank+”,“curriculum,project,entrepreneurship and innovation+”model.The college of whole process engineering consulting industry has built a multi-level and multi-dimensional design of school-enterprise linkage mechanism and a community of government,school,and enterprise development to achieve the deep integration of industry and education.
